## Tips

The classical Drumstick Soup Healthy Zero Oil is a light and nourishing dish made with moringa pods, herbs, and spices. It is rich in fibre, vitamins, and natural flavour, perfect as a soup or rasam with rice.

1. **Boiling:** Boil the drumsticks until soft and scrape the pulp gently. This gives the soup a smooth texture and enhances its flavour.

2. **Fresh Herbs:** Add mint and coriander leaves while the dish is simmering. They add freshness and a natural aroma to the soup.

3. **Seasoning:** Add salt and pepper after the dish has boiled. This helps retain the natural taste of moringa and herbs.

4. **Slow Cooking:** Cook on low flame for a few minutes. Slow simmering blends all flavours evenly and keeps nutrients intact.

5. **Serving:** Enjoy it hot as soup or rasam. A warm serving improves digestion and provides a soothing experience.

## Notes

* Firstly, you can use fresh or frozen drumsticks to make the soup. Fresh ones give extra flavour.

* Additionally, adding tomatoes gives the soup a tangy flavour.

* Additionally, you can use any type of dal to increase the protein content in the soup.

* Finally, **Drumstick Soup Recipe** tastes great when served hot.
