# Instant Breakfast Mix Recipe

## Step-by-step

    firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil, add 1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp urad dal, 1 tsp chana dal, few curry leaves, 1 dried red chilli and pinch hing.

    add 2 chilli, 2 inch ginger and splutter tempering.
  </Step>

    now add 10 cashew and roast on low flame.
  </Step>

    further, add 4 cup rava and roast on low flame until the rava turns aromatic.

    add 1 tbsp salt and mix well.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    finally, **instant breakfast mix** is ready. store in an airtight container and use up to a month.

* firstly, make sure to roast the rava really well else the recipe may turn sticky.

* also, if you are storing in the refrigerator, then you can use it up to 20 minutes.

* additionally, make sure not to burn the tempering.
