# Instant Rava Masala Dosa Recipe

## How to make suji dosa batter

<Steps>

    firstly, in a mixer jar take 1 cup rava, 2 tbsp wheat flour, ¾ tsp sugar and 1 tsp salt.
  </Step>

    grind to a fine powder and transfer to a large bowl.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    add 1 cup curd and mix well.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    also, add water as required and whisk to form a smooth batter.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    cover and rest for 15 minutes or until the rava is absorbed well.
  </Step>

## How to make aloo bhaji

<Steps>
  <Step>
    firstly, in a large pan heat 2 tbsp oil, add 1 tsp mustard, ½ tsp urad dal, ½ tsp chana dal, ½ tsp cumin, pinch hing and few curry leaves. splutter the tempering.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    add 3 chilli, 1 inch ginger, 1 onion and saute until the onions soften slightly.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    further, add ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp salt. saute on low flame until the spices turn aromatic.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    further, add 4 potato and mix well.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    mash and mix add ¼ cup of water forming a smooth texture.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    also, add 2 tbsp coriander and ½ lemon. mix well.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    finally, **aloo bhaji** is ready to stuff into masala dosa.
  </Step>

## Notes

* firstly, make sure to prepare a smooth lump-free batter. else the batter will be difficult to spread.

* also, using sour curd helps to give fermented dosa taste. so do not skip it.

* additionally, adding masala is optional, you can also prepare the plain dosa.

* finally, **rava masala dosa recipe** takes a little longer time to roast, so be patient.
