* 1 cup moong dal
* 2 tbsp rice flour
* 1 tsp salt
* ½ tsp cumin
* oil for roasting

1. Firstly, in a bowl rinse 1 cup moong dal and soak in water for 2 hours.
2. Drain off the water and transfer to the mixer jar.
3. Also, add 2 tbsp rice flour, 1 tsp salt and ½ tsp cumin.
