## About

It is a simple, tasty, lip-smacking street-style snack recipe with soft and tender paneer cubes. **Paneer 65 Fry** is an extension to the popular meat-based or chicken 65 fry recipe prepared for non-meat eaters or paneer lovers. It can be an exciting party starter or a side dish that all age groups should appreciate. In addition, the spiced paneer cubes can be an excellent stuffing between bread or roti breads for a tasty kathi roll recipe.

There are many different ways to make this tasty and straightforward Paneer 65 Fry recipe. The most common way is to make these with spiced yoghurt sauce, then toss them in mixed spices. This makes it spicy and savoury on the outside of the paneer and soft and creamy inside. Further, the same recipe can be extended with multiple vegetables to make a mixed vegetable fry. Lastly, the spice heat can be reduced by lowering the spice level for spice intolerants.

## Notes

* Firstly, prepare a thick batter for coating; otherwise, the batter will not stick to the paneer.

* Also, you can add red food colour to get restaurant-style colour.

* Keep the sauce spicy, as the paneer will also balance the spice.

* Finally, **Paneer 65 Recipe** tastes great when the sourness of curd is present.
