## Tips

**Paneer Tikki**, also known as paneer cutlet, is a protein-rich snack made with crumbled paneer, veggies, and mild spices. It’s a healthier and more filling alternative to traditional deep-fried snacks, making it a perfect choice for both taste and nutrition. Here are five tips to make your paneer tikkis turn out perfect every time.

1. **Use firm paneer** to avoid excess moisture and help the cutlets bind well.

2. **Add breadcrumbs** to provide structure and prevent the food from breaking apart during the frying process.

3. **Finely chopped vegetables** such as carrots, capsicum, or beans, for added crunch and nutrition.

4. **Chill the shaped tikkis** for 15–20 minutes before frying to keep them intact.

5. **Cook in a hot, greased pan** or air-fry for a crispy exterior with less oil.
