## Ingredients

* ½ pineapple *(chopped)*
* 1 tomato *(chopped)*
* ½ cucumber *(chopped)*
* ½ onion *(chopped)*
* ½ carrot *(chopped)*
* ½ capsicum *(chopped)*
* 2 tbsp coriander *(chopped)*
* 2 tbsp mint *(chopped)*
* ½ tsp pepper powder
* ½ tsp salt
* ½ tsp chaat masala
* 2 tbsp lemon juice

## Instructions

1. Firstly, in a bowl take ½ pineapple, 1 tomato, ½ cucumber, ½ onion, ½ carrot and ½ capsicum.
2. Also, add 2 tbsp coriander, 2 tbsp mint, ½ tsp pepper powder, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp chaat masala and 2 tbsp lemon juice.
3. Mix well, making sure everything is well combined.
4. Finally, enjoy the Pineapple Salsa Recipe or Pineapple Salad Recipe with Nachos or chips.
