# Plain Paratha Recipe

    knead to a smooth and soft dough by punching well.

## Notes

* firstly, knead the dough to a smooth consistency, or else the roti will be hard.

* also, spreading the ghee in the center gives a nice flavor to paratha.

* additionally, cover the paratha in cloth to prevent it from turning hard.

* finally, **plain paratha recipe** tastes great for lunch box or when it is served warm.
