## Notes

* firstly, make sure not to use expired milk as it may ruin your appetite. you can use the milk which got spoiled while boiling accidentally.

* also, once the milk is spoiled the natural sweetness of fresh milk will be converted to a sour taste, so do not add curd or any sourness to the batter.

* furthermore, smell the spoiled milk before using it. if it smells bad, then make sure not to use it.

* finally, recipes prepared with **spoiled milk** does not stay long, so prepare and use them wisely.
