# Singapore Noodles Recipe

## Ingredients

* 4 cup water
* 1 pack rice vermicelli
* 2 tbsp sesame oil
* 2 clove garlic *(finely chopped)*
* 1 inch ginger *(finely chopped)*
* 1 chilli *(finely chopped)*
* 4 tbsp spring onion *(chopped)*
* ½ onion *(finely chopped)*
* 1 carrot *(julienne)*
* ¼ cup cabbage *(shredded)*
* ¼ capsicum *(chopped)*
* ¼ tsp turmeric
* ¼ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
* ½ tsp garam masala
* ½ tsp coriander powder
* ¼ tsp pepper
* ½ tsp salt
* 2 tbsp soy sauce
* ½ tsp sesame seeds *(roasted)*

## Instructions

1. firstly heat 2 tbsp sesame oil and saute 2 clove garlic, 1 inch ginger, 1 chilli and 2 tbsp spring onion.
2. further, saute ½ onion until it slightly changes colour.
3. additionally add 1 carrot, ¼ cup cabbage and ¼ capsicum.
4. stir fry on high flame without overcooking vegetables.
5. furthermore add ¼ tsp turmeric, ¼ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp pepper and ½ tsp salt.
6. saute on low flame without burning the spices.
7. now add 2 tbsp soy sauce and mix well.
8. add in cooked noodles and mix well.
9. finally, enjoy singapore noodles topped with spring onions and roasted sesame seeds.

    once the water comes to a boil, turn off the flame and soak in 1 pack rice vermicelli.

    drain off the noodles and keep aside.

    now in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp sesame oil and saute 2 clove garlic, 1 inch ginger, 1 chilli and 2 tbsp spring onion.

    further, saute ½ onion until it slightly changes colour.

## Notes

* firstly, add vegetables of your choice to make noodles more healthy and tasty.

* also, do not overcook noodles, else they turn mushy.
