# Wheat Sweet Recipe

## Notes

* firstly, make sure to fry on low flame, else the buttons will remain uncooked from inside.

* additionally, for rich flavour, you can add kesar in sugar syrup.

* also, in place of wheat flour, you can use maida as a variation.

* finally, **button sweet** or **wheat sweet** tastes great for a week when refrigerated.
