Ingredients
- 3 banana (ripened)
- 1 cup milk (chilled)
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp saffron milk / kesar milk
- ¼ cup grapes (chopped)
- 5 strawberry (chopped)
- ¼ cup mango (chopped)
- ¼ cup orange (chopped)
- 2 tbsp raspberry
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
- ¼ cup apple (chopped)
- 1 tbsp almonds / badam (chopped)
- 1 tbsp cashew / kaju (chopped)
- 6 scoop vanilla ice-cream (for serving)
- 1 tbsp pistachios / pista
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- firstly, in a large blender take 3 banana and 1 cup milk.
- blend banana to a smooth puree.
- transfer the banana puree to a large bowl.
- add ¼ cup honey and 2 tbsp saffron milk.
- also add 1½ cup of a variety of chopped fruits like grapes, strawberry, mango, orange, raspberry, pomegranate seeds and apple.
- further add dry fruits like almonds, cashew and pistachios.
- additionally, add 1 tsp vanilla extract and mix well to a smooth creamy consistency.
- transfer to a serving jar and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- finally, garnish with pomegranate seeds, honey and serve fruit salad.

- firstly, add fruits of your choice like chikku, green grapes and pineapple.
- also, banana puree oxidises and turns slightly dark. so serve immediately.
- additionally, add sugar or increase honey for more sweetness.
- finally, fruit salad without custard powder tastes great when served with ice cream.
