
Ginger turmeric tea recipe

firstly, in a mortar pestle take 2 inch ginger, 1 inch cinnamon, ½ tsp cloves, 5 cardamom and 1 tsp pepper.

crush into a rough paste. keep aside.

in a saucepan take 4 cup water and add in the prepared ginger turmeric spice mix.

also, add ½ tsp turmeric and 1 tsp jaggery.

mix well, boil for 5 minutes or until flavours are absorbed well.

strain the tea and add 1 tsp lemon juice.

finally, ginger turmeric tea is ready to sip.

Ginger tulsi tea recipe

firstly, in a large saucepan take 4 cup water.

add 2 bay leaf, few tulsi, 1 inch ginger, 1 inch cinnamon, 3 pod cardamom, 1 tsp pepper and ½ tsp cloves.

stir well and boil for 5 minutes or until flavours are absorbed well.

strain the tea and add 1 tsp honey. you can alternatively use jaggery while boiling.

finally, ginger tulsi tea is ready to sip.

Fresh mint tea recipe

- firstly, using fresh spices makes the kadha flavourful.
- also, increase the amount of jaggery or honey for sweetness.
- additionally, if you are serving for kids, make sure not to serve strong kadha as it causes body heat.
