Step-by-step
1
Firstly, in a pan, heat 2 tsp of oil. Add 5 chilli, 10 cloves garlic, 1 inch ginger, 1 tsp cumin and ¼ cup peanuts.

2
Roast on a low flame till the chilli turns aromatic.

3
Also, add 1 bunch of coriander and saute till the coriander shrinks.

4
Cool completely, and transfer to the mixer jar.

5
Add 1 tsp of salt, 2 tbsp of water, and grind to a smooth paste. Thecha is ready.

6
Now take 12 pieces of paneer, thecha, and coat well.

7
Marinate for 30 minutes, allowing the masala to be well absorbed by the paneer.

Notes
- Firstly, make sure to use spicy green chilli to make it extra hot. Otherwise, increase the amount of green chillis accordingly.
- Additionally, making the masala into a smooth paste helps coat the paneer evenly with the masala.
- Furthermore, you can cut the pieces of paneer into any shape you prefer.
- Finally, Paneer Theecha Recipe tastes great when made spicy and creamy.
