
Step-by-step

firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tsp oil. add 1 tsp mustard, ½ tsp cumin, pinch hing and 1 chilli. splutter the tempering.

now add 1 onion and saute until the onion shrink slightly.

further, add ½ tsp turmeric and ½ tsp salt. saute until the spices turn aromatic.

add 1 carrot, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 3 tbsp peas, ½ capsicum and saute for a minute.

also, add 3 potatoes and mix well combining well.

now add 2 tbsp coriander and ½ lemon juice. mix well.

finally, aloo stuffing is ready. keep aside.

Instant bun dosa batter
-
firstly, in a mixi jar take 1 cup rava and 1 cup poha. blend to a fine powder without adding water.

transfer the rava and suji powder into a large bowl. add 2 tbsp rice flour, ½ tsp salt and mix well.

also, add ½ cup curd and water. mix well forming a smooth batter.

rest the batter for 15 minutes or until the batter is well soaked.

now add ¼ tsp baking soda and mix gently.

take a small pan and grease well with oil.

pour the batter over the pan.

place the aloo stuffing in the centre and press gently.

now pour the dosa batter and cover the aloo masala.
- cover the pan and simmer for 2 minutes or until the base is cooked.
- flip over and cook both sides.
- finally, enjoy aloo stuffed dosa with green chutney.

- firstly, you can add vegetables of your choice into the stuffing.
- also, you can use leftover dosa batter to prepare the stuffed dosa.
- additionally, adding poha to the dosa batter helps to make the dosa soft and tasty.
- finally, aloo stuffed dosa recipe tastes great when the masala is spicy.
