About

A popular, healthy, high-protein vegetarian appetiser or semi-dry dish made with soya nuggets or meal makers. Soya Chilli, also known as Soybean Chilli, is a popular healthy alternative to meat-based chilli recipes, such as those made with chicken or fish, offering the same texture and taste. It is made with basic spices and Chinese sauces, such as soy sauce, vinegar, and green chilli sauce, creating a lip-smacking street-style evening snack. Further, it is more famous due to its cheaper alternative to meat. There are many different types of popular Soy Chilli snacks. Most commonly, it is made as a dry variant, but adding manchurian sauce gravy makes it more interesting and attractive. In addition, incorporating other types of ingredients, such as paneer, potatoes, mushrooms, or even meat alternatives, makes it a more balanced and filling meal. Additionally, instead of deep-frying the soy chunks, they can be air-fried or pan-fried to make them a healthier snack. Lastly, adding manchurian sauce with chilli makes it a chilli manchurian snack.
