
Step-by-step

firstly, in a large bowl take 1½ cup bansi rava.

add ¾ tsp salt, 1 cup curd, and mix well.

soak for 15 minutes or until the rava is soaked well.

transfer the soaked rava into mixer jar and grind to a smooth batter.

transfer the batter to the large bowl and beat for 1 minute.

add 1 tsp eno fruit salt and mix gently.

once the batter turns frothy, pour the batter over the hot tawa.

pour half tsp oil and roast the dosa well.

Notes
- firstly, if you are looking to skip the eno then make sure to ferment the batter overnight.
- also, you can pour the dosa slightly thin if you prefer so.
- additionally, you can add 1 tbsp rice flour to the dosa batter to make the dosa crispy.
- finally, bansi dosa or wheat set dosa recipe stays soft even when packed in a lunch box.
