Ingredients
- 20 pieces paneer
- ½ tsp pepper powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp oil
- 5 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 inch ginger (finely chopped)
- 3 chilli (slit)
- ½ onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp spring onion
- ½ capsicum (chopped)
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp chilli sauce
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp pepper (crushed)
- ¼ cup water
- 3 tbsp corn flour slurry
- few curry leaves
Instructions
- Firstly, in a plate take 20 pieces paneer, ½ tsp pepper powder, ½ tsp salt and 2 tbsp corn flour.
- Mix well, ensuring the flour is evenly coated on the paneer.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the paneer.
- Fry till the paneer turns golden and crispy. Keep aside.
- In the same oil, add 5 cloves garlic, 1 inch ginger and 3 chilli. Stir fry.
- Also add ½ onion and 2 tbsp of spring onion, and sauté well.
- Now add ½ onion and ½ capsicum, and stir-fry until the vegetables turn crunchy.
- Add an additional 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons of chilli sauce, 2 teaspoons of vinegar, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, ½ teaspoon of pepper, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
- Cook until the sauces are well combined.
- Add ¼ cup of water and bring to a boil.
- Add in fried paneer, few curry leaves and 2 tbsp spring onion. Mix until the sauces are well-coated.

Add an additional 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons of chilli sauce, 2 teaspoons of vinegar, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, ½ teaspoon of pepper, and ½ teaspoon of salt.

Cook until the sauces are well combined.

Add ¼ cup of water and bring to a boil. Also add corn flour slurry and cook well till the sauce turns glossy.

Add in fried paneer, few curry leaves and 2 tbsp spring onion. Mix until the sauces are well-coated.

- Firstly, make sure to pan-fry until they turn golden brown, or you can deep-fry until they turn crispy.
