About
It is a simple and tasty deep-fried cottage cheese fritter known for its crispy and crunchy outer layer with masala stuffing moist paneer inside. Paneer Pakora or Masala Stuffed Paneer Pakoda is a classical North Indian tea-time snack known for its layered texture. Apart from being consumed as a deep-fried snack, it can also be used as a tasty patty or even as stuffing between sandwiches or burgers. There are many different ways the Paneer Pakora recipes can be prepared. The most common way is to just dip the paneer cubes into spiced besan batter and deep-fried.
