
Step-by-step

firstly, in a large bowl take ¾ cup curd. add 1 tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp turmeric, and ½ tsp coriander powder.

also add ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp aamchur, 1 tsp kasuri methi, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp salt, and 1 tbsp oil.

mix well making sure everything is well combined.

now add 2 tsp roasted besan and mix well. besan helps in binding.

further add 1 cup paneer, ½ capsicum, ½ onion, and 1 tomato.

mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

heat 2 tbsp oil and marinated mixture.

saute and cook until the oil separates from the sides.

stir and cook until the mixture is cooked uniformly.

cool completely, and paneer tikka stuffing is ready.

to prepare the sandwich, spread butter on bread slices.

also spread green chutney on both slices of bread.

now spread 2 tbsp of prepared paneer stuffing.

- firstly, make sure to butter the bread before spreading the chutney. else the bread will turn soggy.
- additionally, prepare the spicy stuffing else the sandwich does not taste great.
- also, grill on low to medium flame to get the crispy outer crust.
- finally, paneer tikka sandwich tastes great when prepared spicy and crunchy.
