Ingredients
- 3 tsp ghee
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cup milk powder
- ½ cup sugar powder
- 2 tbsp red tutti frutti
- 2 tbsp green tutti frutti
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- sliver vark (for garnishing)
Instructions
- Firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tsp ghee and 1 cup milk. Mix well.
- Now add 2 cup milk powder and mix until everything is well combined.
- Further, add ½ cup sugar powder and continue to stir.
- Keep stirring until the mixture thickens and starts to hold the shape.
- Add 2 tbsp red tutti frutti, 2 tbsp green tutti frutti, ½ tsp cardamom powder and 1 tsp ghee.
- Mix well until the mixture holds the shape and turns non-sticky.
- Transfer to the butter paper and roll cylindrical. Make sure to smoothen the mixture well.
- Apply sliver vark over the roll and rest for 30 minutes.
- Now cut into pieces and ready to serve.
