Ingredients
- ¼ cup maida / plain flour / refined flour
- 1/8 th tsp baking powder
- 1/16 th tsp baking soda
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp cooking oil / olive oil
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tsp pizza sauce / tomato sauce
- handful of mozzarella cheese / any cheese of choice
- few olives
- few jalapeños
- pinch of chilli flakes
- pinch of oregano
Instructions
- firstly, take a small flat bottomed microwave safe coffee mug.
- further, add in ¼ cup maida.
- also add 1/8th tsp baking powder, 1/16th tsp baking soda and salt to taste.
- additionally add 1 tbsp cooking oil or olive oil.
- and 3 tbsp milk. if you are vegan then substitute with water.
- further, mix well to form a lump free dough.
- top with generous amount of pizza sauce and spread uniformly.
- also garnish with handful of mozzarella cheese.
- and decorate with few olives and jalapeños.
- sprinkle few chilli flakes and oregano.
- further, microwave for 2 minutes, or until it cheese melts and the base is cooked completely. (i have used 900w microwave)
- finally, serve straight away the mug pizza.

Notes
- firstly, use small mug to prepare mug pizza else the base will remain uncooked.
- also make sure not to over top with the toppings. keep it simple and easy.
- additionally, keep an eye on while microwaving to prevent overflowing the pizza.
- finally, cooking of mug pizza is entirely based on the microwave power.
